
The Onboarding General Information screen will show the default options for a separate Onboarding order. These options cannot be changed:
Product Selection and Product Code: Onboarding (this includes all Onboarding touch points, such as letters and surveys, that your credit union may use)
Bill To: Onboarding products are billed to the credit union
Shipping: Shipping is by standard bulk and billed to the credit union
Quantity: The product quantity is one, regardless of how many letters or other touch points are sent

If you are placing an Onboarding order for a member who does not have a checking account number, and you are trying to use the member's savings account or other number, please select the ONBORD branch in the Branch drop-down. This will allow you to place the order without formatting or other restrictions that your credit union may place on checking account numbers. |
