Onboarding Personalization Screen

From this screen, you can select the Onboarding products the member should receive and enter the member's personalization information that will appear on the touch points. The email address is optional.

 

  1. In the Onboarding drop-down, select the description of the Onboarding products that should be sent to the member (for example, selecting "Savings welcome" will send a welcome letter about savings accounts and other applicable touch points)

  2. If available, enter the member's email address

  3. Enter the member's personalization information as it should appear on welcome letters or other touch points

  4. Click CONTINUE. The Onboarding Order Submit screen will open
