You should see the previous order history on the Account Switchboard.
Viewing an order’s status
On this page, there is a column with the heading of “Status.” It will tell you when the order was shipped. If the order had recently been placed and had a status of “Pending,” that means you would have 30 minutes since the time the order was placed until it would be shipped, and you would be able to make changes to the order within that time.
Viewing an order’s summary
To check the order information of the most recent order placed (top of the list):
Click
on the drop-down list next to that order and select “View
Order.” You will proceed to the Checks:
Order Information page, which provides a summary of the order.
While it resembles the order submit page, the information is read-only
and cannot be altered. Clicking the Back
button will bring you back to the Account Switchboard.
To check the order information of other orders:
There is a View button next to other orders on the Account Switchboard. Clicking it will bring you to the Order Information page.
