Ordering Passport

Passport General Information

The Passport General Information screen is the first screen for ordering Passport product separately. The following options are selected automatically and cannot be changed:

Product: Passport (this includes both the welcome letter and, if applicable, the survey)
Product code: Passport
Bill to: Credit Union
Ship by: Standard Delivery
Charge Ship: Credit Union
Quantity: 1 (this includes both the letter and, if applicable, the survey)

If you are ordering Passport for a new, non-checking account, you may need to select the applicable R&T or branch option (these options are set up so that non-checking account numbers can bypass any format or MICR restrictions set up for checking account numbers):

In the R&T field, you may see an R&T that includes "PASSPT" as the branch. Select this option.
In the Branch field, you may see a "PASSPT" branch. Select this option.
