Ordering Credit Cards

You can order credit cards via LD Web by transferring a member's check order information from LD Web to the Liberty Direct for Windows Cards page.

This feature is only available to credit unions that are a customer of Liberty Card services, use Liberty Direct for Windows for their card ordering, and have called Liberty Tech Support at (1-800-587-2435) to be set up.

1. Make sure you have Liberty Direct for Windows open. It must be on the Checks or Cards screen (if you're on the Cards screen, there can't be any card orders that are currently open).

2. On the LD Web Account Switchboard, click

   on the drop-down list next to the check account you would like to order credit cards for. Select "Order Credit Card."

3. If you are making a new card order, you will be presented with the following window. Click

   . If you are reordering cards for the customer, skip to the next step.

4. Liberty Direct for Windows will automatically populate the Cards screen with the member's information. You can proceed to order cards with Liberty Direct for Windows as you normally would.
