The Checks: Personalization page defines the account holder information that will appear in the personalization area of the check. The shipping address can also be selected or changed from here.
Click
in the Font and
Justification drop-down lists
to select the font and justification of the address as it will appear
on the checks. (For a sample of the fonts available for the product you
are ordering, click the View button).
Type the account holder's Email address in the Email box. The account holder will receive both an order and a shipping confirmation Email of their order. Account holder Email addresses are not used for marketing purposes without the financial institution's permission.
Now you must type the account holder's personal information in the displayed boxes. This is the information that will be printed on their checks. It will also be used to create the shipping address, unless you indicate otherwise (shown in the next step).
Make sure "Name" is selected from the drop-down list by the first box, and type John Doe in that box. Selecting "Name" makes the font appear in bold on the checks.
Make sure "Address" is selected from the drop-down list by the second box, and type 123 Any Street in that box. Selecting "Address" makes the font appear normal on the checks.
Make sure "Address" is selected from the drop-down list by the third box, and type Anytown, State 55555 in that box.
Note: |
When a line of personal information is too long to fit on one line, select "Small" from the drop-down list in front of the box where you are entering the information. The text will appear smaller on the check. |
Make sure "Address" is selected from the drop-down list by the fourth box and type <PH (555) 555-5555 in that box. The less-than symbol in this example allows the phone number to appear on the check, but prevents the information from printing on the mailing label (if you are using the check address as the shipping address). Always type the less-than symbol in front of any information that you don't want to appear on the mailing label, such as a phone number or social security number.
Note: |
If you need to insert a blank line, click the down arrow at the end of the line where you need to insert a blank line. For example, if you needed to add Mary Doe's name below John Doe's, click the arrow at the end of the "John Doe" line. If you need to remove a line, delete all the text in the line, then click the "Remove Blank Lines" button. |
You
can enter a shipping address other than what is printed on the checks
by clicking on the Ship
To drop-down list and selecting whether the order is to be sent
to your FI or an alternate address that you must enter. When selecting
your FI, you will be prompted to enter a contact at the FI and, if applicable,
you will be able to select other branches. For this example, make sure
"Member" or "Customer" is selected.
Click the Continue button.
